Halo, Purely for Pets is a company that creates high-end, human-grade meals and treats, supplements and grooming supplies for cats and dogs. The Catapult design team was asked to rebrand Halo and create a brand language that would not only keep the dedicated customer base they already appreciated, but also bring like-minded people to the brand. The overall packaging look and feel communicates the genuine love between an owner and pet in a modern but approachable way. The brand language was carried into tradeshow graphics, and eventually their website (by another agency).
Following the relaunch of the brand, Halo more than quadrupled their desired profits for the year, and acquired a new part-owner, celebrity comedienne and animal-lover Ellen Degeneres. With a strong brand language and Ellen’s tireless promotion of the brand, Halo has experienced exponential growth.
